Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pre-Orders: Items identified as pre-order items will ship according to the estimated shipping timeframe shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If you have questions regarding an order or shipment, contact connect@sirshortjohn.com.

But before we add this, I want to make sure the wording matches exactly how you're actually fulfilling SSJ orders—particularly the pre-orders. We don't want to promise “1–2 business days” unless that's what you actually do.

If you're generally shipping an in-stock SSJ order within 1–2 business days, I'd use this.
